笔者把玻碳汞膜同位镀汞电极的半微分溶出法应用于人发中Cu、Pb、Cd的测定,为此对人发体系的实验条件进行了试验。结果选择加有丙酮的0.1MKCl-NaAr/HAc为底液。富集电位≤1.1伏(VS:Ag-AgCl电极)终止电位不能比零队更正。测定pH则铅铜pH为4,镉pH为5另外要特别注意防止玻碳电极上金属互化物的形成。这就要降低溶液浓度,碱少富集时间,以及不让电极沾污等。头发经清洗、干燥,硝酸高氯酸湿法消化后,分别配制成一定底液成份的测定液,通氮除■富集一定时间,反向溶出,记录e-E曲线。分别用标准加入法计算得Cd、Pb、Cu含量。

This method is simple and the interfereces from other elements can be eliminated. In the presence of surfactants and electrochemical active agents, the pretreatment of sample can be simplified. Comparing with the ordinary potentiometric stripping analysis, this method has highersensitivity and precision. Comparing with the ordinary potentiometric stripping analysis, this method has highersensitivity and precision. In this paper, the system of Hg-glycerine-hydrochloride for determination is proposed. The relative standard deviations are 2.13% and 1.96% for Pb and Cu respectively. Eight kinds of wine are analyzed and the recoveries are 98—104%.

本文提出间断多次扫描电位溶出分析测定酒中微量铅铜的方法。方法操作简单,元素间干扰小,特别是在试样中含有表面活性剂和其它电化学活性物质的情况下,可以简化试样的预处理。方法的灵敏度和精确度高于一般电位溶出分析法。提出了汞(Ⅱ)-甘油-盐酸体系,在该体系中Pb~(2+)0—25ng/mL、Cu~(2+)0—75ng/mL范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系,方法的相对标准偏差Pb2.13%,Cu1.96%,标准加料回收率为98—104%。

A method of continuous determination of trace metals, Pb, Cu and Co in water is reported.(C6H13)3N+CH3Cl- was used as an extractan in the HBr solution.By control of various conditions, Pb, Cu, Co was extar-cted from each other,then was quantitatively determned by AAS.This method was charaterized by high sensitivity,time saving and good reproductivity.Thismethod was well utilized for ditermination of some heavy metals in Songhua river.The sensitivity of Pb,Cu and Co was found to be 0.8, 0.5 and 0.4 ppb respectively....

本文提出了一个连续测定江河水中痕量Pb、Cu、Co的分析方法,我们以氯化三辛基甲胺为萃取剂,在HBr溶液中调整萃取条件富集、分离Pb、Cu、Co,然后用原子吸收定量。该法具有灵敏度高,快速,重现性好等优点,并成功的应用于松花江水中重金属的分析。铅铜钴的灵敏度分别为0.8、0.5、0.4ppb。
