Based on the theory of variable pole state feedback control,this paper makes the process design and implement of NC software and hardware on electro-hy-draulic force servo system.It features the performance functional of optimal track control corresponding directly to the expected dynamical quality in engineering.And it changes the system pole automatically according to practical situation,to solve the contradiction of the system stability and response time satisfactorily.The results of the experiment on the line showed that this design increased the system bandwidth by twice over and improved the system output waveform remardably.
