我国柴油组分构成中一半为直馏柴油,其余为催化裂化柴油等二次加工产品。有相当多的柴油组分未经任何精制即调入成品柴油。随着我国原油的变重和催化裂化掺炼重油等深加工技术的发展,柴油质量每况愈下。面对工交、环保的新要求,改进柴油质量势在必行,除了开发柴油加氢精制技术外,亦要重视对非加氢精制技术和改善柴油安定性和燃烧性能的添加剂的开发。
