The resistance of grapevines to P. viticola was not significantly related to titratable acid, reducing sugar, free amino acid content in leaves, leaf stoma density, and width and length of stoma. The disease incidence was reduced when high concentration of catechol was sprayed to grape leaves infected.

采用田间自然发病调查、田间接种鉴定和离体葡萄叶圆片室内接种鉴定鲜食葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗性及其抗性机理研究表明,品种间对霜霉病的抗性存在显著差异,可依感病病级分为三类。低感品种有“红伊豆”、“奥林匹亚”、“山东早红”、“森田尼”、“早玛瑙”。几乎所有的无核品种均高感霜霉病。葡萄对霜霉病的抗性与叶内可滴定酸、还原糖、游离氨基酸含量无显著相关,与叶背气孔密度、气孔开度也无相关,而外施高浓度邻苯二酚却显著降低了霜霉病发病程度。

The effect of messenger on the development and quality of Fujiminori Grape, Kyoho Grape and Dingao Bayberry were investigated. The effect of messenger on the development and quality of Fujiminori Grape, Kyoho Grape and Dingao Bayberry were investigated. The results showed that remarkable increasing grape growth in leaf weight, leaf area, spring branch elongation, single fruit weight and single plant yield were obtained , moreover, the mature period of both Fujiminori Grape and Kyoho Grape arrived 7-8 days early; messenger increased the growth of bayberry fruid pedicel. Messenger improved the quality of Fujiminori Grape and Dingao Bayberry, increasing the concents of total sugar, reducing sugar, vitamin C and solid. The optimum concentration of messenger is 30 mg/mL.

Messenger对藤捻葡萄,巨峰葡萄和丁岙杨梅的生长以及品质试验表明,能够显著地促进葡萄叶重和叶面积增加,促进春梢伸长,提高单果重和单株产量,并且使成熟期提早7-8 d;也能够促进杨梅果柄生长。能显著改善巨峰葡萄、丁岙杨梅的品质,各处理的总糖、还原糖、维生素C以及固形物等均有提高,使用浓度以30 mg/ml为最佳。
