The outcomes indicate the cohesion of the soil mass enhanced after precipitation with its angle of internal friotion unchanged. Compared with the soil mass before precipita tion, under the same stress, its strain and deformation are smaller.[

中国可持续发展的战略是使社会和环境能以持续发展。作为土木工程师应在大规模经济建设中,把可能出观的各种工程环境问题,如水资源减少、水质恶化、地面沉陷、水土流失、塌方、滑坡、建筑物融沉、开裂……等诸多灾害,消灭或减轻在萌芽之中。使建设工程造福于人类,使生活环境得以持续发展和改善,因而工程环境学是可持续发展中的重要领域。本文仅就由于工程降水而引起的水资源减少、水质恶化、地面下沉及建筑物沉陷等问题,作一重点阐述。

It's seldom reported that soft - weak silt foundation is treated with the dynamic compaction method in Zhejiang Province, where silt and Sandy soil distributed sidespreadly. By treating are the soft - weak silt foundation with dewatering dynamic compaction and structure filling - stone method, the authers think that the good results and excellent social and econmic benefits can be achieved of the dynamic compaction method is adopted to treat foudation where silt is distributed widespreadly and shallowly.

浙江省粉土、砂土分布广泛,但使用强夯法处理软弱粉土地基鲜见报道。通过某工程降水强夯结构镇石处理软弱粉土地基的试验研究,笔者认为用该方法处理大面积浅层粉土地基可取得良好的效果,具有很好的社会和经济效益。
