It is well known that the computer-aided circuit analysis technique is a powerful tool for the circuit designers. The circuit analysis program realized on minicomputer is beneficial to its wide spread use. The GCAPN described in this paper is a general-purpose circuit analysis program, which runs on a DJS -130 minicomputer (or NOVA minicomputer) with realtime disk operating system RODS. There are 64 K bytes memory in this computer. The GCAPN has an intuitive and obvious input language. The Modified Nodal Approach...

It is well known that the computer-aided circuit analysis technique is a powerful tool for the circuit designers. The circuit analysis program realized on minicomputer is beneficial to its wide spread use. The GCAPN described in this paper is a general-purpose circuit analysis program, which runs on a DJS -130 minicomputer (or NOVA minicomputer) with realtime disk operating system RODS. There are 64 K bytes memory in this computer. The GCAPN has an intuitive and obvious input language. The Modified Nodal Approach to the establishment of the equation system, the sparse matrix method and the implicit variable step size integral method for solving the equation system have been used. In the GCAPN, a few modifications for Modified Nodal Approach is made and the data structure and the software technique for fitting minicomputer are adopted. Besides, both models of MOS transistor and bipolar transistor are used in it. The DC, AC and transient analysis can be realized by GCAPN.

The patterns of random and unidirectional errors are first analyzed in this paper Then, according to their protection capabilities against various error patterns, the random and unidirectional error-correcting/detecting codes are defined. Furthermore, the decoding algorithms of T4 code and their implementations are also discussed.
