With the 120 km/h mechanical cool plate refrigerator car as an example, through the structure optimization, sensitivity analysis and parameter optimization of the car-body steel structure, the analysis and calculation methods of lightening of the car-body load-carrying structure are provided.
The calculation method for the heat load of cool plate refrigerator car in operation is des-cribed, and the heat load in transport of the frozen and cooled goods is calculated with the actual example. The theoretical basis is provided to reduce the heat load in operation of cool plate refrigerator car and ensure the quality of refrigeration transport for goods.
With the development and perfectness of freight market in China, consignors have a higher and higher demand on transportation condition and freshness preservation. Hold-over plate refrigerated vehicle is a new-type vehicle, which is rapidly expanding in recent years, and much attention has been continuously paid on the quality of transported cargoes by some departments and consumers.
But due to the thermal environment outside, the cargo temperature of in hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles has a steady increase and uneven distribution, which cause the growth and propagation of microorganism and has a bad effect on the quality of refrigerated cargoes.
The rising temperature of frozen cargoes will cause the growth and propagation of microorganism due to high heat load through the vehicles bodywork during the period of transporting frozen cargoes by hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles.
In this paper, mathematics model for the freeze of freeze board in cold board vehicle was built, used C language for programme, and calculated the freeze times which considered several factors including differ outdoor temperature, solar radiation, leak cool and orifice for temperature regulation. The study will provide theoretic reference for more study about the process of freeze.
