The mathematic modeling of tethered balloon ascent are build in this paper,a method which is applied to a system of simulations of tethered balloon ascent and three kinds of design scheme about tethered balloon are presented.
Several ascending tethered balloon models which are designed by this system are simulated,and the results of comparison with similar schemes show that the system can guide the practical tethered balloon design.
