    A research was conducted on anti-oxidative activity of mulberry leaves extract on rape seed oil. The anti-oxidative activities of the extract were measured by rape seed oil as substrates. The results showed that mulberry leaves extract with the method of microwave-alcohel was the highest anti-oxidative activity in the several extracts, which is nearly equal to BHT activity. When citric acid was mixed with the extract, the mixture showed better synthesizing the effect.

    目的观察桑叶提取物对凝血机制的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射桑叶提取物后测定全血凝固时间 ;在兔血浆中加入桑叶提取物后 ,测定激活的部分凝血酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)和凝血酶时间(TT) ,在去抗凝血酶Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ )和去纤溶酶原兔血浆中加入桑叶提取物后测定TT。结果桑叶提取物能明显延长小鼠全血凝固时间和显著延长兔血浆的APTT、PT和TT ,显有明显的剂量 效应依赖关系 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,对去AT Ⅲ和去纤溶酶原血浆同样有显著的延长TT的作用 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论桑叶提取物具有明显的抗凝作用 ,其抗凝作用主要是通过抑制凝血酶水解纤维蛋白原转变为纤维蛋白而实现的
