用不同浓度的壳聚糖柠檬酸溶液处理桑树种子 ,探讨壳聚糖对桑树种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性的影响。实验结果表明 :0 5 %~ 2 .0 %的壳聚糖溶液能提高桑树种子活力 ,促进幼苗生长 ;萌动种子的呼吸速率、幼苗叶绿素及可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶、硝酸还原酶及淀粉酶活性随壳聚糖处理浓度的增大而明显提高。

The results showed that spraying 0 5% chitooligosaccharides solution on the trees can obviously increase germinating percentage, germinating index and vigor index of mulberry seeds. The effect of chitooligosaccharides on mulberry seeds germination and physiological characters of mulberry were studied. 用低聚壳聚糖溶液处理桑树种子和对桑树进行叶面喷施 ,结果表明 :0 5 %的低聚壳聚糖溶液处理桑树种子 ,可以提高桑树种子的发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗生长势 ,桑树喷施 0 5 %的低聚壳聚糖溶液可提高叶片的叶绿素含量 ,增强光合能力 ,降低硝酸还原酶和过氧化氢酶的活性 ,叶片的可溶性糖、粗蛋白的质量分数分别提高 8 7%、8 2 % ,叶片的单位面积质量也高于对照 ;用处理过的桑叶喂蚕 ,可以提高产茧量和茧质。
