This paper presents a way to make m-dimetthylnitrobenzences from m-xylene with adiabatic nittrating method. Affecting factors, such as temperature, time, molar ratio, recycle use of the waste acid, etc. of the adiabatic nitration process are studied systematically, and better results are obtained. Both the yield and the purity of m-dimethylnitrobenzenes are higher than those obtained in usual nitrating method.

研究间二甲苯绝热硝化制备一硝基间二甲苯温度、时间、摩尔比和废酸循环利用等因素的影响规律,结果表明一硝基间二甲苯的产率和纯度均优于常规硝化法,所得实验数据可为生产硝基间二甲苯提供依据。

The preparation of 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene from O dichlorobenzene Via mixed acids adiabatic nitration is studied. The influences of factors, such as the molar ratio of reactions, DVS and the composition of mixed acids etc on the yield of 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene is investigated systematically. The yield of 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene comes up to 14 51%, f (3,4/2,3) =5 47. This value is higher than the best one of the literature.

The processes of producing nitrobenzene by mixed acid nitration and adiabatic nitration are reviewed. The research progress for synthesizing nitrobenzene with solid acid catalyst instead of sulphuric acid is introduced. It is pointed out that the process of vapor phase nitration from benzene to nitrobenzene with solid acid catalyst is the developing direction for production of nitrobenzene.

对工业上使用的混酸硝化法、绝热硝化法等硝基苯生产工艺进行了评述。综述了采用固体酸催化剂取代硫酸用于制备硝基苯的研究进展 ,指出以固体酸催化苯的气相硝化工艺是未来硝基苯生产工艺的发展方向
