In this article, BTY tubular ultrafilter has been presented for its use in the treatment of waste water from bank note printing. In this article, BTY tubular ultrafilter has been presented for its use in the treatment of waste water from bank note printing. Experiments have shown that in treating the printing ink waste water with the title equipment, the quantity of filtrabie water is large; the trapping -rate of COD, SS, and other solid ingredients are high; and the percentage of NaOH recovery is comparatively higher, too. A set of better technological operating conditions have also been determined throgh experiments. The relationship between the B'e and the ingredients contented has been found, and thus simplified the work of waste water analysis. The performance of three kinds of membrane have been tested, and the results showed that all are applicable to the treatment of bank note printing ink waste water.

本文介绍了BTY型超滤装置用于印钞油墨废水处理的情况.实验证明,用该装置处理油墨废水其透水量较高,对废水中的COD、悬浮物、含固量均具有很高的截留率,对NaOH的回收率也较高.实验确定了较佳的工艺操作条件,找出了波美度与含固量的定量关系,简化了废水分析,并对三种不同材质膜逐一进行性能考核,证明三种膜均能适用于印钞油墨废水的处理.
