The seoond-order linear differential equation f″+P(z)f′+Q(z)f=0 is studied where P(z) and Q(z) are polynomials. In this paper an improvement is made on the result of the complex oscillation of second order lin-ear differential epuations with transcendental coef ficients which belongs to S. Bank and I. Laine.
