介绍了一种起重运输机械新型传动装置——点线啮合齿轮减速器 ,并对中硬齿面点线啮合齿轮减速器的承载能力和噪声情况进行了试验 ,对试验的结果进行了分析和研究 ,表明点线啮合齿轮传动和常规的渐开线齿轮传动相比 ,具有承载能力大、强度高、噪声低等优点 ,并且新型减速器的效率可以达到 96%以上 .
