The determination of target trajectory is one of the important problems of the defence system.This paper discusses target trajectory and derives orbital element method, which can determine quickly trajectory of the targets that come from the outside of the atmosphere, the radar data with measurement noise are processed by means of Kalman filter and a satisfactory result is obtained.

And then, this method of single point positioning in short-arc analysis was used to estimate the geodetic coordinates of the transportable laser ranging station: TLRS-6200 (located at McDonald Observatory in the early time of 1980).

当卫星精密定轨后,对单个测站所获得的卫星激光测距资料进行处理,可测定测站的地心坐标。为尽量减小力学模型不精确在站坐标解中带入的误差,本文采用推广Kalman滤波归算仅由单站二次卫星接续通过的测距资料以估计测站坐标的方法。并将此种短弧单点定位法实际应用于TLRS-6200流动跟踪站(在美国麦克唐纳天文台境内)坐标的测定。所得结果的精度为米级。
