Adjusting heating temperature and time can control the process of gelation in a suitable range, so that the desired properties of the products can be obtained.

通过增塑剂种类及用量对旋转模塑用聚氯乙烯(PVC)增塑糊粘度及其粘度稳定性、脱气性能、凝胶化性能的影响及温度对凝胶化性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:选择自身粘度较小且溶剂化能力较弱的增塑剂及随增塑剂用量增加,PVC增塑糊粘度下降、粘度稳定性逐渐变好,有利于PVC增塑糊的排气性能提高,延长PVC增塑糊的凝胶化时间。通过调节加热温度及时间可在一定范围内有效控制凝胶化过程,以期获得制品所需性能。

Aiming at the state that the exhaust equipment, in kitchen of raising speed dinner car, did not meet the demand, starting with selecting type of axial flow blower, this paper brought forward enlarging the power of electromotor, increaing the air amount and air pressure, and takig test on the air amount and air pressure. 针对列车提速以后餐车厨房排气装置不能满足要求的现状,提出从轴流式风机的选型入手,加大电机功率,提高风量、风压,进行了风量、风压的试验测量。但随着排气静压的提高,噪声干扰也明显超标。故此同时作排风帽的改进,即改为导流式风帽,并做了排气性能比较试验,获得满意的改进效果。
