The results showed that the selected organic flocculant PAM-1 combined with inorganic flocculant JO-1 had remarkably increased removal efficiency of oil and turbidity,which is respectively 95.4% and 82.7%. The removal efficiency of CODcr is over 83.2%.
The results show that when cationic flocculant PDA is used with inorganic flocculant PAC to treat the dyeing wastewater that has been biochemically treated and that hasn't been biochemically treated, the CODCr removal rate is 31% and 55% respectively;
The best condition of the turbid recirculating water are as follows:the dose of inorganic flocculant PAC 15mg/ L , the dose of organic cation flocculant PAMl. 3mg/ L . The speed of mixing is 80 rpms/ min, the time of mixing is 6 mins .
The experimental results indicate that:When the pH of wastewater is 6.8,the effects of inorganic and organic flocculants on SS removal are all bad,the removal rate of SS is less than 26% with inorganic flocculants and less than 18% with organic flocculants.
Through orthogonal experiments, the optimums conditions of synthesize of the inorganic flocculants (PAFSi) are found. They are as follows, Si:Al:Fe=1: 0.7:0.5, pH value of the flocculants=1.1, ageing temperature=60 C, ageing time=1hour.
The fly ash inorganic flocculants (PAFSi) also has excellent manifest in treating papermaking wastewater, and the removal ratio of chroma, turbidity and CODcr is respectively up to 99.1%, 98.5%, and 65.6%.
When n(AM) ∶ n(AMPS) ∶ n(DMDAAC) = 8 ∶ 1 ∶ 1, the monomer fraction is 30%,the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, The product is effective and stable under high temperature. It can be used for coal-washing wastewater, sludge-dewatering, etc, having better result, when prepared with inorganic flocculants.
The experimental result indicates when throwing one kind of flocculant separately, the PAC has best flocculation effect, the optimum quantity of dose is 10mg/L and the best PH value is 7.5.The inorganic flocculant and the organic flocculant is duplicated match and threw better than they are thrown separately.
