The paper deals with how to treat the wastewater from rosin workshop, Nanping Forest Products Chemical Procession Factory in Fujian province, by using inorganic coagulate reagent, organic coagulate reagent and synthetic coagulate electrolytes, from which a lot of laboratorical data have been obtained. The result showed that the method of treating rosin wastewater with coagulate sedimenta tion was successful. This study supplies data and experience of treating rosin wastewater in our country.

本文论述了采用无机絮凝剂、有机絮凝剂及合成聚合物对福建南平林化厂松香车间废水进行了处理研究,取得了大量实验数据。结果表明,电解质处理松香厂废水,具有较好的效果。该研究为了我国松香厂废水处理提供了数据和经验。

Compared with the coagulating effects of nine kinds of inorganic and inorganic polymer coagulants on wastewater from PVC manufacture process was presented. Experiments of coagulation sedimentation of polyaluminum sulfate (PAS) for displacing imported reagents in PVC wastewater were conducted in laboratory to select the optimum process conditions. The results showed that the dosage of PAS was the least (about 190mg/l) and treatment effect was best (CODcr removal efficiency was more than 90%) when pH of wastewater...

It proved that by using domestic PAS instead of imported reagents for treating PVC wastewater is completely feasible.

用9种无机絮凝剂(包括无机高分子)对PVC生产废水的絮凝效果进行了比较和选择;选用聚合硫酸铝(PAS)为絮凝剂,用以取代进口药剂对PVC废水的絮凝沉淀处理,进行了实验室工艺条件试验,确定其使用的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,当废水进水pH值为6.0~7.0时,PAS的投加量最少(约190mg/L),而COD_(Cr)去除率>90%,这表明用国产PAS取代进口药剂处理PVC废水是完全可行的。

The starch's residua - acrylamide graft copolymer (Sr-gg-AAm)was prepared by the graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto potato-starch dregs. Sr - g - AAm is a good flocculating agent. It has more powerful flocculation to suspended particles in water medium. Comparing with the ordinary inorganic flocculant this floccule is formed rapidly and volume is kig, sedimentate is quick. It has no toic action or side effect and has character - istic of the good effect,the cheapeness, the multifunction etc.

我们用马铃薯淀粉渣与丙烯酰胺进行接枝聚合反应,制备的淀粉渣──丙烯酰胺接枝聚合物(Sr-g-AAm),是一种优良的絮凝剂,对水介质中的悬浮固体粒子有较强的絮凝作用,与一般无机絮凝剂比较,絮凝物形成速度快,体积大,沉降迅速,无毒、无副作用、具有高效、廉价、多功能等特点。
