The purifying techniques for removal of cells and residues in fermentation broth is one of the key steps in enzyme purification and is also very important in the enrichmet of enzyme solution, especially on ultrafiltration. Our technique of combined use of polymeric flocculants and ifiorgnic flocculants has been successful in flocculation and filtration of alkali proteinase fermentation broth and has been applied to large scale production since October, 1987. It has been proved that the new technique has some .adventages such as higher rate of filtration and better economic efficiency, compared to the calcium phosphate technique now in use in production. It is an ideal technique fo; purification of alkali proteinase fermentation broth.

发酵液去除菌体和残渣的净化工艺,是酶制剂纯化的关键步骤,也是酶液浓缩特别是超过滤浓缩首先必须解决的问题,我们用有机高分子絮凝剂和无机絮凝剂复合的工艺,成功地用于碱性蛋白酶发酵液的净化,从1987年10月起应用于大生产。生产实践证明:新工艺比原来的磷酸钙沉淀工艺具有凝聚效果好,过滤速度快,经济效益高等优点,是较为理想的发酵液净化工艺。

This article describes the results of study on preparation of polysilicic acid containing aluminium sulfate(PAAS)and its application in dyeing wastewater treatment.The optimum conditions for preparing PAAS,such as concentration of sodium silicate,pH,Al_2O_3/SiO2 and so on,were selected.PAAS prepared were used to treat the model dyeing wastewater and that from the printing and dyeing mill and compared with PAC,PFS,Al_2(SO_4)_3. 对新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铝制备的工艺条件进行了试验研究,制备出性能稳定,效果良好的产品。用该产品对染色废水进行处理试验,并同其它常用无机絮凝剂进行对比。结果表明聚硅酸硫酸铝对染色废水具有良好的处理效果,是性能优良的无机高分子絮凝剂。

The wastewater of leather industry is treated with flocculent. The factors thateffect the flocculation such as pH value.the amount of flocculent used, the molecular weight offlocculents. and the amount of inorganic flocculents are discussed, The optimal condititons fortreating wastewater of leather industry are given.

本文对聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂进行了筛选。对影响絮凝效果的pH值,絮凝剂的用量,絮凝剂分子量,无机絮凝剂的用量等诸因素进行了讨论。确定了处理制革废水的最佳条件,处理结果达到了国家排放标准,并且利用复配絮凝剂的处理效果与国外同类产品相当。
