本文采用新型无机絮凝剂FOLY A-F联合木炭柱处理针织厂印染废水取得较为满意的效果。废水CODCr含量的波动范围为161.8~483.6ppm;固体悬浮物95.5~442ppm;pH8.4~11.6。经本方法处理后,溶液基本上无色透明,固体悬浮物近于0,CODCr含量少于100ppm,CODCr去除率为77.9%。以上四项检测指标均达到国家规定的排放标准。适用于处理中、小型针织厂的废水。

The flocculating effects of laboratory waste water by using eight inorganic flocculants have been compared in this paper. Alkaling aluminum chloride and ferrous sulfatee are used together for flocculation. The technological condition experiments and also a small-scale experiment under optimun conditions have been made. 用8种无机絮凝剂对实验室废水的絮凝效果进行了比较。以碱式氯化铝和硫酸亚铁并用为絮凝剂,对废水的絮凝沉淀处理进行了工艺条件试验。在最佳工艺条件下,进行了小型试验。结果表明,用化学絮凝法处理实验室废水,对COD_■、BOD_5、有机物和重金属离子等的去除,具有显著效果。

Cationic polyamines obtained by amination of epoxy compounds may be used as flocculating agents or flocculant aids for the treatment of certain industrial wastewater. It can be utilized effectively for the removal of suspended solids and colours, particulary when inorganic flocculant, for example salts of Fe (Ⅱ) or Al (Ⅲ), is added simultaneously. 通过环氧化合物胺化的方法制得的阳离子型聚胺类化合物,可以作为废水处理的混凝剂或助凝剂使用,对于降低工业废水的悬浮物和色度效果显著。若与一定量的无机絮凝剂,如三价铁盐或三价铝盐共同作用,则效果更佳。聚胺类化合物曾用来处理造纸、制革、印染等工业废水,结果令人满意。
