The design technology of Predictive Control for typical industrial process(one-order inertia plus pure delay) is significant for industrial applications. In view of the comprehensiveness and redundancy of the design requirements, a comprehensive fuzzy design method is proposed, which achieves the optimal design of predictive control in the meaning of comprehensiveness and fuzziness. Numerical example also shows the reasonableness and efficacy of the method.

典型工业过程(一阶惯性加纯滞后)预测控制的设计问题对实际推广运用预测控制算法具有重要的意义。本文针对实际控制中设计要求的综合性和冗余性,提出一种模糊综合设计方法,导出了在综合模糊意义下预测控制的最优设计方案。算例表明了这种方法的合理性和有效性。

In this paper, the closed-loop performances of predictive control systems for a class of industrial processes are quantitatively analysed. In this paper, the closed-loop performances of predictive control systems for a class of industrial processes are quantitatively analysed. Based on the internal Model Control (IMC) structure and the minimal form of the controller in the Generalized Dynamic Matrix Control (GDMC) systems, the closed-loop transfer functions of predictive control for typical first order plants with time delay are introduced. The analytical relationships between the main design parameters and the closed-loop dynamics as well as the disturbance rejection time are given and three theorems on closed-loop robustness are presented. Some search algorithms are proposed to find the admissible ranges for gain or time delay mismatches. The new results in the paper provide theoretical foundations for analysing and designing predictive control systems.

该文定量分析了一类典型工业过程预测控制系统的闭环性能;文中首先基于广义动态矩阵控制系统的内模控制结构和控制器的最小化形式,导出了一阶惯性加时滞的典型对象预测控制的闭环传递函数,在此基础上,给出了预测控制中主要设计参数与闭环动态响应和扰动抑制时间的解析关系以及关于闭环系统鲁棒性的三个定理,提出了对增益或时滞失配允许范围的搜索算法,从而为分析和设计预测控制系统提供了理论依据.

A improved scheme of Smith predictor is presented for the typical industrial processwith dend time according to slow response of normal Smith pre-evaluation compensation control for theinterference. The improved Smith predictor structure and the parameter design methods have beenanalyzed in detail.The digital simulation and operation reeults have shown that the anti-interferencecapobility of the system are improved by this control scheme.

以带纯滞后的典型工业过程为被控对象,针对常规Smith预估补偿控制对外扰动信号响应缓慢的缺点,给出一种改进的Smith预估器结构.分析了预估器的改进方法和参数设计,数值仿真和应用结果表明,该控制方案对改善系统的抗干扰性能有良好效果.
