This paper introduces a process cycle and experimental resulis of (?) tural circulating adsorption system of Lox used in industrial production. The paper primarily deals with the calculating models and the programmes of two-phase pressure drop and heat transfer of Lox in vertical plate-fin channels. The experimental data and the predicted valnes obt(?)incd from the analytical method are found to be coincident, the predictive method is based on step-by-step integration of the equations describing the local pressure drop and heat transfer in narrow rectangular channels, empirical equations for the pressure loss of liquid oxygen in the adsorber, filter and pipe-lines are offered. The technology of Lox natural circulating adsorption can be u. ed in industrial production.

In this paper through the structure consideration of a novel air separation process with the high pressute nitrogen expansion and liquefac tion,internal compression using a lipuid oxygen pump and the ambient tem-perature molecular sieve purification,as well as through the overall cal culation of heat exchang, erefrigeration and rectification systems,a possib le way is found out to develop a new type of air separation process for producing the highpressure oxygen(9.5MPaA)used in the chemical indus try,According to the calculation comparedto the original air separation process with the high pressure nitrogen throttling and liquefaction,the internal compression using a liquid oxygen pump and reversing heat exchan-gers,the oxygen recovery of the new process can be increased by 9%,its specific energy consumption can be reduced by 2%;the structure of pr-ocess can be greatly simplified;and the production of high pressure oxygen will be safe and reliable,showing the vitaii ty of the new process.

通过对一种新颖的高压氮膨胀液化液氧泵内压缩常温分子筛净化空分流程的组织构思和对换热、制冷、精馏系统全面的计算,为开拓化工企业高压用氧(9.5MPaA)的新型空分流程探索出了一条可行的路。根据计算,新流程和原有的高压氮节流液化液氧泵内压缩切换式换热器冻结空分流程相比,氧提取率可提高9%,单位氧能耗可下降2%,流程组织大大简化,高压氧的生产安全可靠,显示了新流程的生机。
