    In this paper, a new efficient approach to treat the displacement const- raintsin analyzing a hierarchy of substructural modules by the displacement method is described. The concepts of the element and the superelement are to be distinquished from the concepts of the element moduleand the substructure module respectively. The approach is different from the current ones, in elements as well as superelements instead of substructure modules, both the constraint of the master-slave relationship of displacements...

    In this paper, a new efficient approach to treat the displacement const- raintsin analyzing a hierarchy of substructural modules by the displacement method is described. The concepts of the element and the superelement are to be distinquished from the concepts of the element moduleand the substructure module respectively. The approach is different from the current ones, in elements as well as superelements instead of substructure modules, both the constraint of the master-slave relationship of displacements between various nodes and the forced boundary conditions corresponding to the displacements assigned with zero value can be applied, and the forced boundary conditions corresponding to the displacements assigned by non-zero values can be applied as well. The displacements assigned by non-zero values are all excluded from the global di splacement vectors for substructure mod ules individually. By using the approach described in this paper, it will be convenient to deal with variou s di splacement constraints in complex structures automatically. As a result, the computational effort and the core memory to be taken will be reduced considerably, the ill-condition of the global stiffness matrix will be avoided and the accuracy can be assured. The approach described has been implemented in JIGFEX.

Because of the approximation of Taylor series expansion, the iterative steps in design procedure are necessary.(2) On the basis of the prnciple of v rtual force method and the concepts of generalized forces and displacements, the related tasks of computing the first and second derivatives of structural node displacements and sfresses with respect todesign variables are also solved. The forms of the formulas of ccmputingderivatives are very simple for calculate and are also suited to use in optimality criteria approaches.(3) A typical three-bar truss structure has been optimized to illestraie the application of this method.

    (1)本文提出一种桁架优化设计的新方法。桁架可承受多种载荷情况并具有节点位移约束,元件应力和几何尺寸约束。此方法以Kuhn—Tucker条件为理论基础;主动约束梯度用以设计变量组成的Taylor级数来表达,故可直接求得满足Kuhn—Tucker条件的新设计点A。由于Taylor级数展开式的近似性,在设计过程中迭代步骤是必须的。 (2)利用虚力原理和广义力以及广义位移的概念,求解节点位移和元件应力对设计变量的一阶和二阶导数。导数计算公式很简单并适用于准则法。 (3)以一典型的三杆桁架为例说明此方法的应用。结果表明此方法相当有效。

    This paper reports on the modified feasible direction method,a new method of structural optimization design.The method is simple and convenient,and the amplitude of the modifying parameters is larger in each iteration.There is rapid convergence and less number of structural reanalysis.In comparison with various criteria methods,the feasible direction meth-hods and the other constrained optimization techniques have distinct advantages,and are especially applicable to solving the problems of optimization design...

    This paper reports on the modified feasible direction method,a new method of structural optimization design.The method is simple and convenient,and the amplitude of the modifying parameters is larger in each iteration.There is rapid convergence and less number of structural reanalysis.In comparison with various criteria methods,the feasible direction meth-hods and the other constrained optimization techniques have distinct advantages,and are especially applicable to solving the problems of optimization design for large scale structures subjected to multiple displacemnt constraints and multiple stressed constraints under multiple loading conditions.

    本文提出了一种结构优化设计的新方法——改进的可行方向法。该方法计算简单、方便,一次调参幅度大,收敛快,重复的结构分析次数少,较之现有的各种准则法、可行方向法以及其它约束最优化方法有显著的优越性,特别适用于求解在多种载荷条件下,具有多个位移约束和应力约束条件的大型结构优化设计问题。
