The influences of M199, calf bovine serum (CBS), chicken embryon extract (CEE50), raw rabbit liver extract (RLE50), sodium pyruvate (SP), caseinhydrolysat (CH),and yeast extract (YE) on the survival and development of the third-stage larvae of S. papillosus in vitro, had been investigated by the method of orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that only CBS and RLE50 obviously promoted the rates of survival anddevelopment of the third-stage larvae. In the compositions of the best medium in the test, the larvae had the longest survival time of thirty-seven days and the best development. Four commercial media (M199, EMEM, F12 and RPMI1640) had been tested for comparing. The resultsshowed that M199 was the best commercial medium. The fat-soluble vitamin was probably essential composition for supporting the survival of the third-stage larvae of S. papillosus.

The results demonstrated that eggs and larvae of Ostertagia did not develop in Gahai districts from December through March, when the mean temperature were 8℃, 11.4℃, 4.7℃ and 2.2℃ respectively. The eggs began to develop in the late of April and only a small number of them developed into first or second stage larvae. During May, the maximum and minimum temperature were 22.2℃ and 4.5℃ and a few third stage larvae appeared. From June to October, a great number of third stage larvae emerged and sheep and cattle were infected. In November, as the temperature was getting down the development of eggs also slow down, and stop after the middle of the month. Thus the grazing time of the grassland can be divided into the safe period (December to April) and dangerous period(May to November). It showed that the development of eggs and larvae directly correlated to temperature and humidity, but the movement and distribution of larvae to humidity of air.

研究了自然条件下温度、湿度对奥斯特线虫幼虫生长发育的影响,以及幼虫在不同生态环境下的发育规律及分布特点。结果表明,在高寒湿润的甘南州尕海地区,奥斯特线虫的虫卵在平均温度分别为-8,-11.4,-4.7,-2.2℃的12,1,2,3月不能发育;4月下旬少数虫卵发育成1~2期幼虫,进入5月后个别发育成3期幼虫,这时的最高/最低气温是22.2℃/-4.5℃;6~10月,3期幼虫大量形成,是感染牛羊的主要季节;11月上半月虫卵发育缓慢,后半月发育停止。虫卵和幼虫的发育与温度、湿度的变化有直接关系,幼虫在草地上的移行分布与空气湿度密切相关。据此,该区可将12~4月作为放牧安全期,5~11月作为放牧危险期。

Objective To study the efficiency of controlling ammonia and flies' larvae in poultry houses by the mixture of organic enzymes and chlorkenzuron. Methods In three little houses,piling a poultry dunghill,spraying different diluents of proportional mixture over the dunghill,measuring ammonia concentration in the house and observing mortality of fly larvae in the dunghill,evaluating the efficiency of deodorizeing and anti-breeding of larvae by mixture.Results The effects of decreasing ammonia concentration using mixture of organic enzymes(1∶2 000) and chlorkenzuron 1∶1 000 diluting,spraying 300 ml/m~2 were better than mixture of organic enzymes 1∶1 000 and chlorkenzuron 1∶1 000 diluting.The latter,the effects of controlling flies' larvae breeding were better than the former.The former spraying 200 ml/m~2,the effect of decreasing ammonia concentration was better than 100 ml/m~2,and the effect of controlling flies' larvae breeding was a little better than 100 ml/m~2. Conclusion The organic enzymes in a low concentration showed a better efficiency to decrease ammonia in poultry houses.As a same concentration high dosage had a better deodorizing effect.The high concentration of organic enzymes had a better effect on controlling flies larvae breeding.The higher dosage applied in a same concentration,the better effect to control flies larvae breeding could be obtained.

目的研究生态酶制剂与灭幼脲混剂抑制鸡粪堆氨气和控制蝇幼虫生长的作用。方法在模拟屋内堆放新鲜鸡粪,喷洒不同稀释比例的酶制剂灭幼脲混剂,测定氨气气味和观察蝇幼虫死亡率等指标,评价除臭和灭蝇的效果。结果生态酶制剂1∶2 000稀释与灭幼脲1∶1 000稀释联合使用,按300 m l/m2进行喷洒,其降低氨气的作用优于酶制剂1∶1 000稀释与灭幼脲1∶1 000稀释液的混剂,但后者抑制蝇幼虫生长的作用优于前者;前者按200 m l/m2进行喷洒,其降低氨气的作用优于100 m l/m2,抑制蝇幼虫生长的作用200m l/m2也略优于100 m l/m2喷洒量。结论低浓度酶制剂降低鸡粪堆氨气浓度的作用较好,对同一浓度酶制剂高剂量的除臭作用效果更好;灭幼脲抑制鸡粪堆中蝇幼虫生长的作用,高浓度的效果较好,同一浓度组中高剂量组的效果较好。
