In this paper the author attemptes to find out whether there is different item performances in HSK between examinees in China and overseas. The result shows that the former group perform better on listening but worse on reading comprehension than the latter group, therefore , the items in this HSK test can be considered equitable to both groups. 本研究利用项目功能差异理论 ,对HSK考生中的两个不同群体———中国境内考生和境外考生进行题目的反应分析 ,以考查HSK的题目是否不利于某一群体。结果显示 ,中国境内考生听力占优势 ,而境外考生语法阅读成绩略占优势 ;虽然有利于中国境内考生的题目稍多于境外考生 ,但由于所占的比例极小 ,我们可以认为所考察的试卷对于中国境内与境外考生基本公平。
