Under normal pressure, taking 2, 4, 5-trichloro-6-methyl pyrimidine as a raw material, using nitrobenzene as a solvent and anhydrous potassium fluoride as a fluorinating agent, 2,4-difluoro-5-chloro-6-methyl pyrimidine (designated as DCMP) was synthesized with purity 92% and yield 70%. The DCMP was used as a reactive group, a series of new reactive dyes were resulted. These new dyes formed offer excellent properties for calico dyeing and printing.

This paper studies the printing properties of the SP-type etherified star- ches first successfully developed in our country.Experiments show that the SP-type etherified starches are a new kind of thickeners,being non-ionic, pseudoplastic and hydroxyethylated.Their many properties are excellent,com- parable with those of the best foreign thickeners.They are suitable for dire- ct and discharge printing on many fabrics such as silk,polyester,etc.

本文研讨了国内首次研制成功的SP型醚化淀粉的印花性能。实验证明:SP型醚化淀粉系非离子、假塑性、羟乙基醚淀粉新糊料,多项性能优越,能与国外优质糊料相媲美,是适合于真丝、涤纶等多种织物直接、拔染印花的优质糊料。

The possibility of using the Sino-thickener in the alkali-discharge printing of polyes ter fabric was studied. Some property of thickeners on printing was measured. The experimental results show that using the Sino-thickeners SPG and DFFP-104 have the same alikali-discharge printing effect as the imported thickeners Fine Gum D2515 and Printex PS14.

本文主要研究国严印花糊料用于涤纶仿丝绸碱拔染印花的可行性,通过对糊料的一些主要印花性能测试研究,并与进口的两只糊料FineGumD2515和PrintexPS14比较,表明国产糊料SPG和DFFP—104可代替进口称料用于涤纶仿丝绸碱技染印花.
