压力容器封头具有单个开孔补强结构的应力状态已进行了大量研究,对标准椭圆形封头上开双孔或多孔结构的应力状态研究甚少。本文提出用三维立体单元对聚丙烯生产线的关键设备—12m3丙烯聚合釜上封头复杂开孔补强结构进行有限元应力分析,给出了结构应力状态图。最后,根据ASME锅炉及压力容器规范第VII卷第二册进行了强度计算,结果表明本文设计的聚合釜是安全的。

针对大型超高压密封容器实体试验成本过高的缺点,本文运用ANSYS软件对大型超高压密封容器开孔进行了三维有限元分析,得出了各开孔在不同气压下的最大应力值,绘制了各开孔相应的危险路径并依照ASM E锅炉及压力容器规范进行了强度评定,计算结果表明结构是安全的,这为生产单位提供了详实、可靠的设计数据,也为大型超高压密封容器设计提供了一种新方法。
