It is intraluminal spherical, oval or irregular high density lesions for ureterolithes, the attenuation varies from 184 ̄ 1086HU. In simple stenosis the wall of obstructive distal ureter were thickened evently and the lumen were narrowed gradually. The accuracy of diagnosis for positioning by CT was 93.5%, and for nature was 80.6%, The diagniostic value of CT for unilateral ureteral obstruction are discussed as compared with conventional exam.

本文报道经证实的单侧输尿管梗阻31例,其中肿瘤、息肉10例,结石14例,狭窄7例。典型CT表现:肿瘤息肉为梗阻远端输尿管腔内圆形、椭圆形软组织密度灶,密度均匀或不均匀,结石为梗阻远端输尿管腔内圆形、椭圆形及不规则高密度影,CT值184~1086HU;单纯性狭窄为梗阻远端输尿管壁的均匀性增厚及逐渐狭窄改变。CT定位诊断率为93.5%,定性诊断率为80.6%。结合分析对比传统X线检查结果,着重探讨CT对单侧输尿管梗阻诊断的价值。

All the mice were sacrificed on the day of1,3,5,7,9.12 and 15 after UUO respectively. Renal frozen sections were stained with anti-mouse ICAM-1 mAband anti-mouse Mac-1 mAb separately. The expression of ICAM-1 mRNA in the frozen sections were also detectedwith in situ hybridization technique.The relative areas of renal interstitium were measured with Masson stainingsections using a computer image analysis system. The results showed that there are high expression of ICAM-1and ICAM-1 mRNA in the renal interstitium at the first day after UUO and it could be lasted for 3~5days.Theexpression of ICAM-1 decreased from the 7th day after UUO,but the numbers of macrophages increased at thesame time,The relative areas of renal interstitium increased as time past after UUO,After the treatment of anti-mouse ICAM-1 mAb,the ICAM-1 expression delayed and decreased.The infiltration of inflammatory cells de-creased in the renal interstitium of the mice. The results indicate that there is close relationship between the ex-pression of ICAM-1 and the infiltration of macrophages in kidney of UUO mice.

利用单侧输尿管梗阻制备小鼠肾间质病变模型,观察了肾间质中细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)及Mac-1阳性细胞的变化,并利用抗小鼠ICAM-1单克隆抗体对此模型进行了治疗。结果发现在单侧输尿管梗阻后第一天,梗阻侧肾间质小血管附近及近端肾小管上即有ICAM-1及ICAM-1mRNA的表达,第3~5天达高峰,第7天时开始下降。与此同时,肾间质内Mac-1阳性的巨噬细胞也于梗阻后第3天开始出现,第7天达高峰。经抗ICAM-1单克隆抗体治疗后,ICAM-1及Mac-1的表达均延迟出现并明显减弱,肾间质病理改变亦有所减轻。

The expression of angiotensinⅡtype 1A receptor (AT1A) and its significance on the cell proliferation and fibronectin and laminin production were examined in the fibroblasts cultured from the kidney with renal interstitial fibrosis induced by unilateral uretal obstruction (UUO) and the normal kidney respectively in mice. The results showed as follows: The ability of cell proliferation and producing fibronectin and laminin in the mouse fibroblasts derived from the interstitial fibrotic kidney (FF) was significantly increased as compared with that in the fibroblasts cultured from the normal mouse kidney (NF). The concentrations of angiotensinⅡin the plasma and kidney tissue of UUOtreated mice were greatly higher than that in controls. The increased expressions of AT1A receptor at both protein and mRNA levels were found in FF comparable to that in NF. We concluded that reninangiotensin system was activated in the UUOtreated mice, which played an important role on the fibroblast proliferation and extracelluar matrix production.

单侧输尿管梗阻的方法诱导小鼠肾间质纤维化,并从中成功地培养出了成纤维细胞。对成纤维细胞血管紧张素Ⅱ1A(AT1A)受体的表达与细胞增殖和分泌细胞外基质的关系进行了研究。结果发现,从肾间质纤维化组织中培养出的成纤维细胞,细胞增殖和产生纤维连接蛋白及层粘连蛋白的能力明显高于从正常肾间质中培养的成纤维细胞。在单侧输尿管梗阻小鼠的血浆和肾组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ的活性显著升高。从肾间质纤维化组织中培养出的成纤维细胞,AT1A受体的表达在蛋白质和分子水平上均有明显增高。表明,在肾间质纤维化过程中肾素-血管紧张素系统被激活,对刺激成纤维细胞增殖和产生细胞外基质起着重要作用。
