根据乙醇在体内的代谢动力学特点,本文建立了研究急性乙醇中毒者血液乙醇动力学数学模型,其表达式为:x(t)=x_0(1-e-~(kat))-k_bt。从该数学模型可求得乙醇在体内的吸收速率常数(K_a)和消除速率常数(K_b),从而可以获得体内乙醇浓度动态变化曲线。所以,饮用乙醇饮料后的时刻乙醇浓度(x(t))均可由曲线中查得。实验研究证实,以该数学模型导出的参数与实验获得的结果相一致。

This paper deals with the biochemical effect of PQS on rats with acute liver liver injury induced by orall administraton of ethanol. The results showed that PQS partly by prevented the rise of serum ALT activity, inhibited MDA formation and increased GSH--PX activities and that PQS had a protective effect in liver injury and the effect might be related to its antioxidative.

本文采用急性乙醇中毒大鼠模型观察了PQS对肝损害的保护作用,结果表明:PQS降低血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的活性,保护肝脏GSH—PX活性,减少脂质过氧化物(MDA)的生成,西洋参茎叶皂甙对肝损害有保护作用。这种作用部分地与其抗氧化作用有关。

本文研究急性乙醇中毒的大鼠脂质代谢的改变及甘草甜素的保护作用。与对照组比较,给5周龄 SD 大鼠50%乙醇按5g/kg 灌胃,可使血清总脂、胆固醇及甘油三酯分别增加31%、50%和42%;肝脂质过氧化产物(丙二醛)增加184%;而还原型谷胱甘肽则下降58%。预先给予甘草甜素,按150mg/kg 灌胃7天,则可他乙醇引起的上述变化基本恢复正常,提示甘草甜素对乙醇引起的大鼠脂质代谢改变有保护作用。
