Con- ventional design technigue can not previse the voltage increment which may occur. This paper analyzes the effect of the clipper circuit on the charging process, derives a set of the nonliner equations which are determined by the circuit parameters, and provides a calculating method by use of the computer and a source program as well as the cal- culated result. To design an excellent clipper circuit, the result given in this paper should be used on the condition that the microwave tubes will work at such an excess voltage that they will not go into their unstable regions.

微波管剧烈打火不一定都是管子本身的问题。对于设计不佳的线型调制器,在微波管偶然打火后,人工线充电电压增高,因而输出电压增高,导致微波管接连不断地打火。在调制器负载短路时,有效的线型调制器削波电路应使充电电压限制在给定值。传统的设计方法不能予计可能产生的电压增量。本文分析了削波电路对充电过程的影响,导出了由削波电路参数决定的非线性方程组,给出了利用计算机求解的方法、源程序和计算结果。应根据微波管不进入不稳定区所允许的过电压值,利用本文的结果来设计完善的削波电路。

An analysis about the charging diode of a line-type modulator under dif- ferent charging circuit is described in detail.It is shown that there are dif- ferent working conditions and different requirements for charging diode under different charging circuits.A method of selecting charging diode and some diodes that we have used successfully are reported also.

本文主要分析了线型调制器中充电二极管在不同充电线路情况下的不同工作状态,从而得出了不同的要求。文章介绍了如何选择充电二极管及一些国产硅二极管在高压功率调制器中的使用情况。
