雷电是大坝安全监测系统中 MCU、传感器、电缆遭受损坏的一个重要原因 ,它可能导致MCU失控、传感器失效和读数漂移 ,因而被人们误认为系统性能低劣、传感器安装工艺落后、密封失效 ,传感器或系统的设计施工不当。文章除介绍大坝安全监控系统中防雷和接地技术的一些基本概念外 ,在此基础上 ,分析了加拿大大坝安全监测自动化系统中采用的防雷和接地措施及其存在的问题 ,最后提出了防雷和接地技术设计的基本原则
