This paper introduces a new method of renal transplantation in rats.In thisexperiment,the donor kidney was placed in the inguen rather than in the abdominal cavity.The graft artery and vein were anastomosed to the artery and vein femoralus of the recipientwith end to end model,respectively.The anastomoses between ureter and bladder was per-formed by means of the donor ureter-bladder cuff to the recipient's bladder.Because most ofthe operative procedures were performed out of the abdominal cavity,the incidence of thepostoperative complications were reduced obviously when comparing with the other meth-ods.22 cases of the rats have been operated using this method for renal transplantation andthe result is satisfying.The successful rate of the operation is as high as 81.8%of the total.There were no signs of ischemia or necrosis in the opperated limbs.The result suggests thatthis new method is a simpler approach to the renal transplantation in rat and a more practica-ble animal model for probing into the kingdom of the renal transpantation.

本文介绍的大鼠肾移植模型是将供肾移植于受体髂腹股沟部,供肾动、静脉分别在受体腹腔外与其股动、静脉端-端吻合,移植肾输尿管(带膀胱瓣片)与受体膀胱吻合。选择适当的股动、静脉断端与供肾动、静脉吻合,受肾侧后肢不会出现坏死现象。本模型的建立可为肾移植的研究提供更便利的条件。
