According to the relationship between the deformation of contact zone of a tooth surface after being loaded and its original clearance of the tooth surface before being loaded in a conventional double—circular—arc gear, thd partition of load on the tooth surface has been given, and hence the relationships between the contact stress on the tooth surface and the load parameters have been derived, Then according to the contilever plate theory, the relationship between the bending moment of tooth root and the load parameters have been given,and the bending stress of tooth root has been derived,The formulae obtained may be considered as fundamental equations to be applied to calculation of the contact stress on a tooth surface and the bending strength of tooth root in a conventional double-circular—arc gear.

根据通用型双圆弧齿轮齿面受载后的变形量及受载前的间隙量的关系,求解齿面载荷分布规律,得出齿面接触应力与载荷参数的关系。又根据悬臂平板理论求得齿根弯矩与载荷参数的关系,继而求得齿根弯曲应力。所得到的公式可作为通用型双圆弧齿轮齿面接触强度和齿根弯曲强度的基本公式。

On the basis of flat-plates theory, a suitable mechanics model for the langevin of the hydraulic testing system in papermaking machine has been proposed. The stiffness analysis and thickness estimation of the langevin has also been introduced. The application and test results show that the errors of the estimation can be limited within 5×10~(-3) which could be used as a theoretical basis in structural design for the hydraulic test system and other similar equipments.

运用平板理论,对造纸油压试验机主机盖板建立了可行的力学模型,并进行了刚度分析。在此基础上对主机盖板厚度进行了估算。工程应用与测试结果表明,估算值的误差可控制在千分之五以内。从而为油压试验机和其它类似的结构设计,提供了理论依据。

From the theory of plate, the expressions of the stress in the ringlike plate which has stationary periphery and receives concentric ringlike uniform load are derived by using the superposition. And the theoretical criterion is provided for the calculation of strength of the parts such as flange and gland.

根据平板理论 ,应用叠加法 ,推导出周边固定承受同心圆均布载荷的带孔圆形板的应力计算公式 ,为法兰压盖类零件的强度计算提供了理论依据。
