The contrast method of simulated accelerated test and sample test has been used to investigate contacting surface strength of gears and both similarities and differences have been found between them. The experimental results show that the surface strength of Roots Blowers gears can attain expected index, with the gears treated by 40Cr glowing ion nitriding method.

用模拟快速试验与实际试件试验的对比方法,对齿面接触强度进行了研究,表明两者之间有异同之处。本实验结果表明,选用40Cr进行辉光离子氯化处理,用于罗茨风机齿轮,齿面强度可达到预期指标。

In this paper, the contact and bending stresses of the involute spur cylindrical gears, which are engaged at several points, are calculated and analysed perfectly. The distribution law of the cantact and bending stresses in the engaged states is found. That calculating results are gree with the experimental results which are also compared with that of traditional methods. So that, a new way to solve gear stresses is presented.

本文应用二维弹性力学的边界元法,首次对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮轮齿在多种啮合状态下的接触应力和弯曲应力进行了全面综合分析计算。得到了轮齿在不同啮合状态下的接触应力和弯曲应力的分布规律。计算结果与传统计算方法进行了比较;与实验结果吻合较好。因而为齿轮的接触强度和弯曲强度计算提供了新的途径。

In this paper, the bending stresses of the gear tooth with cycloid-involute composite profile have been calculated by boundary elemment method. The results are compared to those of the standard involute gear and proof that the bending strength of the composite profile tooth is higher than that of involute one. Additionally, it has advantages of higher contact strength, wearproof and efficiency in transmission.

用边界单元法计算摆线-渐开线复合齿形轮齿根弯曲应力,并与标准渐开线齿轮进行了比较。结果表明,复合齿形齿轮比渐开线齿形齿轮具有更高的弯曲强度。同时具有接触强度高,耐磨损,传动效率高等优点。
