Methods By method of serum pharmacology,We fostered PC12 cells in vitro, and hurt them by oxygen-deficiency with the Na 2S 2O 4, to observe the changes of cells in morphology,cells, vitality in MTT and LDH vitality.
Methods: Serum pharmacology and vitro cultural method of rat mesangial cell were adopted,and the glycosylated protein(AGE-BSA) was used to stimulate mesangial cell. Then the mRNA expressions of TIMP1 and TIMP2 in rat mesangial cells were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) method.
