The features of the process and production of the super low acidity sinter in Anyang Steel is introduced. The production effect of the process to make low silicon acidity sinter is also persented. Normal proportion of super low acidity sinter is 15 %~20 %,iron content of all iron burdens on average increases by about 1 %,and economic indexes of BF are improved.
On the basis of thermodynamic study on the furnace dissection data obtained from the Company's sources, the author suggests that a strategem of converting low alkaline protogenous concentrates into sinters of high alkalinity and converting high alkaline oxide concentrates into acidic sintors should be likely to suppress the cumulative repeated amaesment of alkaline metals in the blast furnace and reduce the damage caused by it thereby.
