The point spread function (PSF) should be known in advance as using traditional image restoration methods. In fact, most PSF of degraded image did not been known before processing. The raw image can be just estimated from degraded image according to a little relative PSF and prior knowledge of raw image. On the other hand, image restoration technology, which based on the Hopfield network, makes mainly use of the Hopfield network's outstanding merits solving optimization problems. The point spread function (PSF) should be known in advance as using traditional image restoration methods. In fact, most PSF of degraded image did not been known before processing. The raw image can be just estimated from degraded image according to a little relative PSF and prior knowledge of raw image. On the other hand, image restoration technology, which based on the Hopfield network, makes mainly use of the Hopfield network's outstanding merits solving optimization problems. Ring effect existing in traditional restoration technologies is released, so the quality of image is better. Nevertheless, the conditions of image restoration technology with Hopfield network have known PSF and none hypothesis of noise types. Consequently, the method can not be used directly to blindly restore blur image having unknown PSF. This paper proposis a blind restoration model: Have processed the degraded image with the Fast-Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm, the raw image and the PSF with the iterative algorithm can be recovered in frequency domain. After roughly estimating the types and parameters about PSF of degraded image, the quality of restored image with Hopfield neural network is improved. The result of experiment shows that this restoration model will produce better effect without known PSF.

提出了一种盲目图像恢复模型:退化图像经傅立叶变换后在频率域内通过交替迭代的方式分解出原始图像和点扩展函数,当大致估计出退化模型的点扩展函数的类型及其参数后,用基于Hopfield神经网络的方法进行精确恢复,以提高恢复质量.实验证明,这种恢复模型可以在未知点扩展函数的情况下取得较好的恢复效果。
