During the period of 1961-1962, the physiological changes in the growth and development of Tea-shoot was investigated in Hongchow. This report consists of two parts: the growth curve and physiological change.

The trees of sweet orange on sunki stock infected by yellow shoot disease were injected with achromycin, terramycin, aureomycin, penicillin, chloromycetin, streptomycin, sulfadiazine or p-aminobenzoic acid in various concentrations.Achromycin is most effective to suppress the symptoms of this disease. A dosage of 5000-8500 ml in 1000 ppm of achromycin was used for the 11 years old orange trees with trunk diameter between 11.5~15cm. Trees which have been injected bear normal fruits and produce healthy shoots...

The accumulation of starch in the infected leaves disappeared within eight days after injection.The symptoms could also be suppressed by terramycin, aureomycin, penicillin and most of the shoots could grow normally by the application of sulfadiazine. No remarkable response to streptomycin, chloromycin and p-aminobenzoic acid has been observed.

试验用六种抗菌素及二种化学药物加压灌注黄龙病树,结果表明:四环素、土霉素效果较好,金霉素、青霉素及磺胺嘧啶亦有一定抑制病情的作用,链霉素、氯霉素、对氨基苯甲酸效果不明显。对柑桔黄龙病病株灌注盐酸四环素八天后,斑驳病叶中的淀粉积累现象逐步消失。新梢生长、花芽发育均正常,落果现象明显减少。果实大小、品质均与健树无明显差异。对主干中段的直径为11.5~15厘米的刚发病11龄甜橙树,注入每毫升合1000单位的盐酸四环素溶液5000~8500毫升。注药后彻底剪除病枝。杩势恢复后三年不出现症状。使用量偏低的病株、症状短期内受到抑制,但以后会再度出现。

In order to retard the summer shoot growth, so as to prevent the June drop of fruits of young unshiu mandarins (Citrus unshiu Marc. ), a plant growth retardant, ammonium ethylcarbamoyl phosphonate ( Krenite ) was applied by foliar spray during the growing season. Experiments were carried out from 1979 to 1981, with two strains, 3-year-old Miyagawa Wase Unshiu, and 6-year-old Owari Unshiu grown in San-Jia, Huang-Yan, Zhejiang.As a result of the treatments with krenite at concentration ranging from 250 to 1000...

Experiments were carried out from 1979 to 1981, with two strains, 3-year-old Miyagawa Wase Unshiu, and 6-year-old Owari Unshiu grown in San-Jia, Huang-Yan, Zhejiang.As a result of the treatments with krenite at concentration ranging from 250 to 1000 ppm, the growth of summer shoots was greatly retarded. The number of summer shoots of the treated trees of Miyagawa was 7.4 to 18.8 percent, while that of Owari was 15.8 to 28.1 percent as the control ones. The shoot length was also reduced.As the spray was applied when the summer shoots had sprouted ( no longer than 1.5 cm), both the number and length of the shoots were reduced. Whereas the number of autumn and late-autumn shoots subsepuently grown after treatment was found to be remarkably increased, but shorter in length. As a result of such a method of treatment, fruit yield of Miyagawa unshiu was increased, and no appreciable influence was found on the quality of the fruits.

为了抑制幼龄温州蜜柑夏梢的生长,从而减少六月落果,应用一种高效的植物生长抑制剂—调节膦(氨基乙基甲酰磷酸酯铵盐),于夏梢发生前叶面喷洒,浓度为250~1000ppm。试验结果表明;3年生“宫川”的夏梢发生率为对照的7.4~18.8%;6年生“尾张”为15.8~28.1%,枝条缩短,节间密。当夏梢长度在1.5厘米以内喷洒,则3年生“宫川”夏梢发生率为对照的5.3~7.4%,长度为1.7~8.4%;而6年生“尾张”分别为对照的28.1~45.2%与6.1~11.5%。 调节膦抑制夏梢生长后,对秋梢、晚秋梢的发生数有所增加,但平均长度较对照短。经调节膦处理后的3年生“宫川”,产量增加,而品质无明显影响。
