Penetration time logging is an important method to get this kind of information. Penetration time and normalized penetration time math model have been given in the paper. An equation of the bit dulling trend has also been developed using the concept of homogeneous equavalent formation, so parameters of formation features can be determined. Two kinds of formation interface effect are analysed. Logging curves of a non-homogeneous formation of the Zhongyuan Oil Field and block diagram for data processing are shown and microcomputer results are given.

优化钻井的基础工作之一,在于掌握待钻地层的信息,而抗钻方面的地层信息,可以直接来源于钻进过程。钻时录并资料是获取地层信息的重要来源。文中给出了钻时和标准化钻时的模式,利用地质层的概念导出了钻头钝化趋势线的函数式,并给出了求取地层特征参数的公式。文中还分析了地层界面对钻头钝化趋势线的影响,指明了两种典型的界面带来的影响。作者列出了中原油田非均质地层的钻时录井曲线及其处理流程图,并给出了用微机处理后的结果。

Drilling practice show that formation and bit types are tow important factors effected drilling. In past drilling model, it is difficult to consider effecting of formation and bit separately. This paper introduces a new method to deal with the drilling factors. Result shows that this method can obtain information of formation and bit.
