The design method of square experiment was combined with the experimental research on externally enhanced heat transfer of horizontally spiral finned tubes. The experiments were arranged by the above mentioned method and the available data were analysed by the analytical method of square difference. From the research the extent of effects of fin spacing, fin thickness and a half angle of fin tip for condensate performance can be provided.

将正交试验设计法引入水平螺纹肋片管外强化换热实验研究中,用正交设计法安排实验,用方差分析法分析实验结果,给出肋片间隙,肋片厚度及肋顶半角对冷凝换热效果的影响程度
