Through analysis and calculations, this paper suggests that the main function of such device is to provide protection against the human indirect touch of 6kV network and that the protection against the direct touch can notbe guaranteed. In the neutral point effective ground system, the permissible touch voltage is 50 V (on the ground ) , which serves as the main basis for the determination of the actuation value of the device. To ensure human safety, the safety current of the human body should not be greater than 30 mA in the surface and underground conditions of mines. To ensure the reliability of the power supply to the open - pit mines, it is not only necessary but also possible to achieve the longitudinal and transversal selectivity of the earthed protection device in the power networks of mines. This paper presents the selective protection scheme for reference by the design engineers.

目前大家对接地保护装置的作用有着不同的理解。本文经过分析计算之后提出了接地保护装置的作用主要是对人员间接接触6kV电网时有防护作用,不能苛求该装置对直接接触6kV电网也要有防护功能;在中性点非有效接地系统中,允许接触电压为50V(地面),这是确定该装置动作值的主要依据。为保证人身安全,在矿山地面及矿井井下条件下,人身安全电流不宜大于30mA。为保证露天矿供电可靠性,实现矿山电网接地保护的纵横向选择性,不仅必要,而且可能。本文最后提出了选择性保护方案建议,供设计人员参考。

The paper analyses that non-interspace MOA for 35kV neutral point non-effective grounding system exists the problem and parameterdesign of GB11032-89 is non-rationality. According to high altitude characteristic,the paper provides suited characteristic parameter for 35kV system MOA.

文章从氧化锌避雷器电气特性分析入手 ,针对目前 35kV中性点非有效接地系统无间隙MOA存在的主要问题及GB1 1 0 32 - 89《交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器》设计参数的不合理性 ,结合高原特点 ,系统地提出了适应高海拔地区35kV系统MOA的特性参数。并对挂网运行情况进行了总结评价。

中性点非有效接地配电网发生单相接地故障时 ,尽快选出故障线路对电网运行有重要意义 ,但选线问题迄今尚未能很好解决。在分析了小电流接地电网发生单相接地时暂态特征的基础上 ,提出应用小波变换提取故障暂态信息 ,实现故障选线的方法。由于利用暂态量 ,该方法适应性、灵敏性均优于现有的基于稳态量方法。
