Thermal shock resistance of zirconia based thermal barrier coatings with andwithout a NiAl bond layer was investigated by using a high enthalpy and velocityplasma torch at power level of 25kW and forced cooling air with pressure of 3×10~5 Pa.Measurement showed that the temperature on the coating surface after hea-ted for 3 s reached 1000 to 1100℃.The temperature difference across the ceramiccoating was about 700℃.Experimental results demonstrated that the ceramic metallicduplex coating system was superior to the single ceramic system in thermal shockresistance,and its thermal shock resistance increased in the following order:ZrO_2+4.6wt% CaO+NiAl,ZrO_2+16.3wt% Y_2O_3+NiAl,ZrO_2+9.2wt% Y_2O_3+Ni-Al.Analysis indicated that the coating failure was mainly due to the continualthermal shock stress and crack propagation driven by strain energy.The incorpora-tion of the metallic bond coating which could delay the growth of cracks effective-ly enhanced the thermal shock resistance because i(?) broadened the strain limita-tion and changed the energy absorption mechanism of the ceramic coating.

Abstract:The morphology, impect behavior and toughening mechsnism of four rubber toughened AS resins were investigated in this study. Crazes in stress-whitening zone were observed by SEM under an etching of the mixture of chromic and phosphoric acid. With rubber content increasing, craze quantity lucred and the craze length decreased. So that more energy was absorbed in impact fracture and the impact strength lucreased. With rubber content increasing, the matrix ligament became thinner. When matrix ligament reached a critical value Tc, a brittle-tough transition occured. In AS, Tc was estimated about 0. 064μm. So the conditions for rubber-toughened AS resin were: the diameter of rubber particle was larger than 0. 1μm and the matrix ligament was smaller than 0. 064μm

本文用TEM和SEM研究了AS经聚丁二烯、聚丙烯酸正丁酯、核为丁二烯、壳为聚丙烯正丁酯以及乙丙胶等橡胶改性的ABS、AAS、AABS及AES的形态结构,还研究了该四种塑料的冲击行为,观察了冲击应力发白区的银纹并对银纹的宽度、长度和数量做了统计研究。研究结果表明,随着橡胶含量的增加,不仅银纹数量增加、而且基体剪切屈服成分也增加了,所以冲击强度随之提高。本文还根据临界韧带厚度的增韧判据估算了AS的临界韧带厚度,从而确定了AS增韧的条件为基体韧带厚度小于0.064μm,其增韧橡胶平均粒径大于0.1μm。
