Such microelements as Zn,Cu ,Mu , Co,I were added to the ration. The results showed that the milk yield was increased by 20%.The milk quality was improved ,the pregnant rate was increased and the productive function was strengthened. Therefore , the economic effect was significant.

There fermenting temperatures,times,and proportions of Bacterium acidi lacitci,Streptococcus thcrmophilus and lactobacillus bulgaricul were chosen to determine the best conditions for fermenting soy yogurt.The results showed that soy yogurt was best when the ferminting temperature was 43±1℃,the time period was 6 hours and streptococcus thermophilus and lactobaillus bulgaricus were combined at a ration of 2: 1.It provided a scientific basis for producing high quality soy yogurt.

作者在酸豆奶发酵过程中,选用了乳酸菌混合菌种的三种不同比例、三种发酵温度、三种发酵时间,采用三因素三水平的正交试验设计。试验结果表明,嗜热链球菌与保加利亚乳酸杆菌比例为2:1,发酵温度为43±1℃、发酵时间为6小时,酸豆奶的品质最好。从而筛选出了最佳组合,为生产优质酸豆奶提供了科学依据。

The feeding experiment

用30头6岁左右荷兰系荷斯坦—弗里西斯(Holstein-Frihsn)母牛随机分为五组,每组6只,饲喂5周正常日粮和不同水平高碘日粮,以观察安全范围内(≤40mgI/kg)的高碘饲粮牛奶中碘含量的变化和奶品质、奶牛生产性能与对照组的差异。实验表明,在高碘日粮实验组牛奶中碘含量分别为157±31μg/100ml(10mg/kg饲粮组),236±43μg/100ml(20mgI/kg饲粮组),301±47μg/100ml(30mgI/kg饲粮组)和362±56μg/100ml(40mgI/kg饲粮组),较对照组牛奶中碘含量18±5μg/100ml(034mgI/kg饲粮)相应高9~20倍,差异极显著。实验组与对照组牛奶品质和奶牛生产性能均无显著差异。试验结果表明,通过高碘饲粮可以大幅度提高牛奶中碘含量。
