Objective:To establish an ICP-MS method to determine iodine in drinking water and to apply it to test large numbers of real samples.Methods:~(89)Y was used as on-line internal standards and the instrument′s parameters were adjusted to good state,samples was filtrated and introduced directly into ICP-MS to determine elements.Results:The linear correlative coefficients for iodine were higher than 0.9995,RSD(n=11) of iodine in simulating water samples of high,medium and low concentration were all lower than 5%,recoveries of high,medium and low concentration-spiked samples were between 95% and 115%.The limits of detection for iodine is 0.50 ng/L.Conclusion:It was showed this method had low detection limit, broad linear range,good accuracy and precision,relatively low interference among elements,and good adaptability to different matrix of mineral water.It was a high efficient and feasible method.

目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定饮用水中碘元素的方法,并应用于日常检测工作。方法:以89Y作为在线内标,调节仪器测定参数,饮用水经净化过滤后直接上机检测。结果:本方法样品前处理简单,测定碘元素的线性相关系数>0.9995,测得高、中、低3个加标水样11次的相对标准偏差均<5%,加标回收率在95%~115%之间,方法最低检出限为0.50 ng/L。结论:该方法检出限低,线性范围宽,具有良好的准确度和精密度,元素之间的干扰相对少,能适应不同基体的水质,是高效可行的方法。
