This paper presents the function of restraining the formation of lipid peroxide in homogenates of mouse liver and the function of eliminating superoxide anion radical O2- and hydroxyl radical· OH of the water extractants of several Chinese herbs such as Glechoma Langituba and Gardenia jasminodes Ellis. When the concentration of extractants of these two herbs in the system of these two herbs reaches 0.67mg/ml (Solid material from water extractants). The ratio of their restraining the formation of lipid superoxide will be 100% and we got 56. 6% and 69. 1 % for the ratio of eliminating hydroxyl radical·OH respectively. When the concentration of both herbs are 8. 33mg/ml (dry herbs), the percentages of elimination of superoxide anion radical O2- are 98. 5% and 100% respectively. The effects are very obvious.

本文报道了栀子、金钱草等几种中草药水提取物对鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物生成的抑制作用及对超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~-)和羟自由基(·OH)的清除作用。当反应系统中药物浓度(以固体水提取物计)达0.67mg/ml时,金钱草和栀子对小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物生成的抑制率均达100%,对·OH的清除率分别达56.6%和69.1%。当反应系统中药物浓度(以生药计)达8.33mg/ml时,二者对O_2~-的清除率分别达98.5%和100%,效果极为显著。

在对油藏进行注水开发时,由于注入水可能改变油层温度场,因此研究温度对润湿指数的影响有重要意义。利用统计热力学模型,推导出润湿指数与温度的关系式,据此计算了当固体、水以及水的饱和蒸气三相平衡时的接触角,研究了温度对润湿指数的影响。利用分布函数理论及计算机模拟数据计算了水的表面张力与温度、压强的定量关系,计算结果与实验结果基本一致。研究了温度对固/水/油三相体系润湿指数的影响,发现当体系的温度达到某临界温度以后,固体表现出强烈的亲水性,固体表面的油相将完全被水相替代,介质中的剩余油饱和度将大大降低。研究结果表明,升高注入水的温度能提高水在固体表面的润湿指数,有利于降低剩余油饱和度。表3参10(卢贵武摘)

以 4种南方园林绿化树种为实验材料 ,研究了固体水的释放规律及其对树木水分生理的影响。结果表明 ,固体水的释放速率主要取决于其截面积的大小 ,同时 ,在一定程度上也受植物需水状况的调节。在干旱条件下使用固体水可明显改善植物的水分状况 ,提高叶含水量 ,维持叶绿素含量的相对稳定 ,是一种与植物吸水过程同步供水的方式和用极少量的水使植物长期存活和生长的方法。可以认为施用固体水是干旱环境中植树的最佳供水途径。
