The outcomes in this paper include establishing the research system of visitormanagement, summarizing ten factors which decided the visitor's environment impacts, establishing the ecology and economic capacity model and the visitor optimal spatial density model, discussing the system of supervising index about visitor management.
The economical capacity and economical power supply radius of substations in power supply model are put forward based upon the conditions satisfying the load demand and various technical indexes and the principle of minimum overall expenditure charged upon unit capacity(or unit area) in the supply district. The function relation between them and load density is given.
Meanwhile,the reasonable economical capacity,economical power supply radius and numbers for the transformer substations of Changsha are analyzed. The result indicates that the model and the solution can be used in area network programs.
