Today chemical research is hardly conceivable without nuclear magnetic resonance.It has proved to be an exceedingly rich source of information for exploring the structure of molecules in solution, for the investigation of solid materials, and for the study of molecular dynamics. In order to cope with the over whelming information content, an extension to two-dimensional spectroscopy turned out to be indispensible. Two-dimensional spectroscopy has contributed, since its introduction 12 years ago a large number of new powerful techniques for the elucidation of coupling networks by 2D correlation spectroscopy,for the measurement of internuclear distances by 2D cross -- relaxation spectroscopy, and for the investigation of chemical exchange networks by 2D exchange spectrosoc-py. These new techniques are particularly elusive for the analysis of large mol-ecules in chemistry and in biology.

This report deals with the selection and preparation of materials to be used as standardreference material (SRM).The homogeneity of the SRM was evaluated by using F-test and T-test. The variances in indomogeneity among the packaged unites of SRM have been estimated.The certified value of the SRM and its uncertainty were derived from data collaborativelymeasured by nine labs. The SRM developd was also compared with SRM of the samekind fromabroad.

本文报道了国内首创的用于评价固体材料比表而值测定准确度和校正比表面测定仪的小比表面标准物质SB2002的研制方法,包括材料的选择、制备及测试结果。用F和t检验法来检验分装前材料的均匀性,估计了分装后各瓶之间的不均匀性方差。由国内具权威性的九家实验室用不同类型仪器方法进行协作定值。数据经严密处理,得出了标准值及不确定度范围,并与国外同类标准物质作了比较。

This report deals with the selection and preparation of materials for the SRM. The homogeneity of materials is evaluated by F-test and t-test. Variance from inhomogeneity is estimated for individual unit. Certified value of the SRM and its uncertainty are obtained from the data measured by eight laboratories.

国内首创的用于评价固体材料真密度值检测准确度和校正仪器的真密度标准物质的研制方法,包括材料的选择、制备及材料分装前后均匀性的检验。由国内具有一定经验的八家实验室,用不同类型的仪器方法进行协作定值、数据经严密处理、得出了标准渣及不确定度范围。
