The response surface method for structural reliability analysis is usually adopted as the performance function is unknown. An improved method of BP Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is developed. The practical examples with compa rative analysis show that the improved method is suitable one for complex large scale structure reliability analysis with least calculation of finite element analysis and a higher efficiency.

对功能函数不能明确表达即具有隐式功能函数的问题进行可靠度分析,常采用响应面法。其中二次多项式响应面法应用较为广泛,采用与此方法相同的思路,人们提出了BP神经网络响应面法。在此基础之上,笔者提出了改进的BP神经网络响应面法。对以上方法计算效果,通过算例进行了对比分析,其中改进BP神经网络响应面法计算精度较好,进行有限元分析次数较少。该方法用于大型复杂结构的可靠度分析,可相应提高工作效率和解题质量,具有一定实际应用价值。

Since the method of JC for reliability index cannot apply to the inexplicit performance function,an improved primary second moment method for reliability index without explicit performance function is presented.The difference method is applied to calculate partial derivatives of performance function and the performance function value of confirmatory calculating point in iterating is added into the improved method based on the primary second moment method.Deduction and geometric meaning analysis of the method indicate that its calculating process is simple and its physical meaning is obvious.The examples indicate that its calculating efficiency and precision are fine,and the influence of material non-linearity on performance function can be taken into account.This method perfects primary second moment method and extends its field of application.

针对经典JC法不能求解隐式功能函数的问题,提出了改进的一次二阶矩方法.改进方法采用差分法求偏导数,将迭代过程中验算点的功能函数值考虑到可靠指标求解中,使其更符合实际情况.通过对该方法计算过程推导和几何意义分析,可知该方法计算过程简单、物理意义明确,同时算例表明该方法计算效率高,计算精度高,能合理考虑材料非线性对功能函数影响的可靠指标计算问题.因此本方法更加完善了一次二阶矩方法,拓展了其应用前景.
