Based on the review of large quantity related national and international references, the state-of-arts of the research and development on recycled aggregate concrete is presented in this paper. The production technics of recycled aggregate, the mixture proportion, the physical property, the durability, the basic mechanical behavior and the structural performance of recycled aggregate concrete are mainly investigated. The results indicate that it is feasible to reuse waste concrete and the recycled aggregate concrete which can be adopted in both self-bearing members and load-bearing members in civil engineering. It is also found that some differences in the mix proportion,mechanical behavior and structure performance exist in recycled aggregate concrete and natural aggregate conerete. At last, some suggestions on further studies of recycled aggregate concrete are recommended according to the ideology of environment protection and the policy of sustainable development in construction industry.

 通过大量国内外文献分析与研究,本文对再生骨料混凝土技术开发与研究的最新进展进行了综述与对比分析,主要包括再生骨料的生产工艺、再生混凝土的配合比、再生混凝土物理性能、再生混凝土耐久性、再生混凝土基本力学性能以及再生混凝土结构性能等。研究表明,废弃(旧)混凝土再生利用是可行的,再生混凝土可以应用到土木工程非承重构件和某些承重构件中。但再生混凝土与普通混凝土在配合比设计、材料性能及结构性能等方面均存在一定差异,需要进行专门研究。最后结合环境保护和建筑业可持续发展,提出了再生混凝土技术开发需要进一步研究的问题。
