Ejaculated sperms of the men whose wife suffered from habitual abortion were studied to assess their nuclear maturity using aniline blue staining, PTA electrocytochemical staining (to demonstrate lysine-rich histories) and SDS-EDTA treatment. Sperms of the patients had a lower resistence to decondensation by SDS-EDTA and contained more aniline blue positive and PTA positive immature spermatozoa as compared with normal fertile men. The anomaly of nucleoprotein transition could be responsible for the lower stability of nuclei. Therefore, relative nuclear immaturity might be one of the pathogenies of habitual abortion.

本实验采用SDS-EDTA精子核解聚法,显示赖氨酸组蛋白的苯胺兰染色法以及磷钨酸(PTA)电镜细胞化学法对习惯性流产患者配偶射出精子的核成熟状况进行了研究。实验结果表明:与正常生育力男性的精子相比,习惯性流产患者配偶的精子核,抗SDS-EDTA解聚能力较低,苯胺兰染色阳性率和PTA染色阳性率较高。本实验结果提示某些习惯性流产患者配偶的精子核的稳定性较低,这可能与核蛋白组型转换异常有关,而核未完全成熟的精子可能是造成某些习惯性流产的病因之一。
